“I have been waiting since September 4 for an estimate to replace two outside oil tanks at my rentals. I was told that I would have one emailed to me by the end of the day. I keep calling and getting the run around. I since have received another estimate, but wanted theirs to compare it to. I was also to receive info so that I could get a gas furnace serviced for the winter. I am promised emails and returned calls and receive nothing but a generic email. Jim and Susan met at the location. When I called I asked if the job was too small for the reason no one contacted me.”
