“I called Davis early Saturday morning (6/13) as my mother's A/C went out. Another contractor had installed the HVAC unit less than two years prior. They indicated that they would be by my mother's home that Friday afternoon at 3pm. My mother is 83 years old and it is dangerous for a senior citizen to be home in 90 degree heat. After calling Davis early Saturday morning, they arrived at my mother's home before noon, address issues, AND got her A/C working again in unbearable temperatures.
This is a quality outfit that actually gives a care about people. The contractor of this HVAC unit (still under warranty) did not place a priority on an existing customer where events could have been disastrous for a senior citizen in their 80s.
