“On Friday evening, 4/17 our A/C wasn't turning on even though the thermostat was signaling it to kick on. I knew the outside temp was going to be cooler, so I figured I'd put off calling until the following Monday. By Sunday, 4/19 the outside temp was really dropping, so we switched the thermostat to heat mode, but the heater wouldn't kick on, so I called and spoke to Lauren. She told me a technician could be out in about 4 hours… great for a Sunday afternoon. Manny was here in just under 4 hours. He diagnosed the problem to a blown fuse and was able to get both systems running in a short amount of time. He did some troubleshooting on the heater and A/C to make sure the fuse wouldn't blow again. This is the thorough service I've come to expect from Davis. What happened in addition was beyond expectations… we had just adopted a 2 year old little dog 2 days before, so he's still trying to figure out his new home and is a little nervous and protective. Well, Manny spent 10 minutes working with Georgie to make sure he felt comfortable and wasn't afraid. My wife and I couldn't have been happier. Manny really touched our hearts. I rarely leave reviews, but felt I had to. For almost 20 years we've always had exceptional service from the team at Davis, but yesterday was just above and beyond!
