“I called Davis early Saturday morning (6/13) as my mother's A/C went out. Another contractor had installed the HVAC unit less than two years prior. They indicated that they would be by my mother's home that Friday afternoon at 3pm. My mother is 83 years old and it is dangerous for a senior citizen to be home in 90 degree heat. After calling Davis early Saturday morning, they arrived at my mother's home before noon, address issues, AND got her A/C working again in unbearable temperatures.
This is a quality outfit that actually gives a care about people. The contractor of this HVAC unit (still under warranty) did not place a priority on an existing customer where events could have been disastrous for a senior citizen in their 80s.

“On Friday evening, 4/17 our A/C wasn't turning on even though the thermostat was signaling it to kick on. I knew the outside temp was going to be cooler, so I figured I'd put off calling until the following Monday. By Sunday, 4/19 the outside temp was really dropping, so we switched the thermostat to heat mode, but the heater wouldn't kick on, so I called and spoke to Lauren. She told me a technician could be out in about 4 hours… great for a Sunday afternoon. Manny was here in just under 4 hours. He diagnosed the problem to a blown fuse and was able to get both systems running in a short amount of time. He did some troubleshooting on the heater and A/C to make sure the fuse wouldn't blow again. This is the thorough service I've come to expect from Davis. What happened in addition was beyond expectations… we had just adopted a 2 year old little dog 2 days before, so he's still trying to figure out his new home and is a little nervous and protective. Well, Manny spent 10 minutes working with Georgie to make sure he felt comfortable and wasn't afraid. My wife and I couldn't have been happier. Manny really touched our hearts. I rarely leave reviews, but felt I had to. For almost 20 years we've always had exceptional service from the team at Davis, but yesterday was just above and beyond! Please tell Manny how much his kindness meant to us.”
